I love verizon. They have always been pleasant to deal with if we have any problems. I always have coverage and they have a lot of phones to choose from. I hate blackberrys. I'm actually not a smart phone person at all but many of my friends are and they all stick with verizon.

Yea i was the same way before i bought one. I got tired of my iphone and literally threw it away. The touch screen gets annoying after a while. Which is why the druid is better than the iphone. But with a BB i can do everything about 10 seconds faster than anyone else. Thats anything. When i want to text i type as and then ashley pops up i hit 1 button and i can type and send a message. Iphone you have to unlock, slide, messages, from addressbook, scroll, hit ashley, hit sms, type, send. The druid isn't much better in this aspect. Also my BB is so much faster than the iphone 3GS. Everyone thinks that att has bad coverage for wireless, thats not true. The problem is everyone has iphones and they SUCK period, even for coverage. Apple told me that there phones pick up different signals than a normal phone, and att states iphones are probably their worst phone for service. My email is better, my apps are better and everything is. I will be getting an andriod phone once phone companies remember we need phones to CALL, TEXT, and EMAIL. Then the fun stuff. Sometimes they put so much into making the interface goofy and fun it really makes it a maze to do anything. Thats why i picked a blackberry
i am a 100% andriod supporter though, i was just really dissapointed by the druid... The reviews everywhere state the same. Glad you like your phone though.
yeah blackberry phones are bare bone essentials email/productivity machines. thats why business people use blackberrys. im not a heavy email user, so the phone seems boring to me. i always laugh when i see kids with a blackberry. i'm like, do you even have an Outlook work email account? what meetings do you have to go to? lol
and thats why i like smartphones like droids and iphones that pretty much have a little bit of everything. although i know what you mean about basic phone functions, seems like were forgetting the purpose of phones is
btw, did you see that Android just passed up Apple/iPhone in terms of market share??!?! just announced a few days ago. Android is now #2, behind the blackberry platform. and this happened about 6 months after the release of the first serious android phone, the moto droid. google/android are making huge strides in the smartphone market

Verizon is awesome. Switched to a different carrier for a while and learned the error in my ways. I've had them for about 8 years now. Never a problem. Best coverage money can buy.

I am not reading this whole thing but Verizon is HORRIBLE! I can't tell you how much I HATE them. Their service and customer service sucks. Not to mention I got all kinds of "random" charges that were for things I didn't use or was not even able to do with my my type of phone (it happened more than once). I paid my cancellation fee and got out. I am with t-mobile now and much happier.

yea ATT is getting ready to dump apple but they are in court right now. Iphones will no longer be needed. People dont see the games they play. They charged 300 dollars for their upgraded phone ( video camera wtf). People are so stupid and marketing in apple is so easy that people payed that much for a phone that could do just as much for so much less. Yea i use my BB for meetings the calender, email, business stuff. Man its very easy to use and gets to the point. I am a phone fanatic and have a new one every 3-4 weeks and test them out. I am waiting for the motosplit for att. Att will also have the palm pre, and already has some andriods. They will be ontop soon and i couldn't be happier about that(andriod). Check out the motosplit though, it has like 3 keyboards lol. I am just waiting until they have a more business/ quick app opening/ not have to push 20 buttons, andriod phone. I heard the druid 2 was crazy better than druid one. I still have not played with it yet. I have to say my one lg phone that plays 55inch transformer HD movies on the wall is pretty cool
