I would wait and get a bigger tank....The aro will be fine in the 75 for now by himself. I personally still vote for a pond though. You could make a slick little top for it and everything. You could make a screen top that folds back and stuff like that. There are alot of people on here that have made some pretty slick tops for their ponds on here. Check em out. You may even be able to keep your beloved cats for a while if you go big enough.

ok i am going to wait 2 months to get a bigger tank just talked the pond thing over with my dad and he said i can't:(

i will try to get the cats out of there asap...

here is what i think you should do ZOO. Get rid of everything except for the aro, save for 2 months and buy a tank wider than 2ft. In those two months research as much as you can on wet/dry filtration and build one for your new tank.

Good deal. Its tough to deal with sometimes but I just had to give my marbled cat away today because he was getting too big for me and I know I would never be able to shove a tank big enough in my tiny room. Dont take them to the petstore though. Give them to somebody with a huge pond/tank. Unless you have a very good LFS like I do and they put him in a pond in the back room!
