If you want a Oscar I suggest you get rid of the Texas and Senegal Bichir. Texas most likely will be too aggressive and Senegal could possibly get eaten by the Oscar. No to the Jaguar, Flower Horn, Vieja, and Silver Aro also Midas.

Okay, well my parents dont want me to rehome, but on another forum others members say that the oscar will be fine.

Jack dempsey is a good idea maybe try get a female tho and bgk could go either way either it'll die or flourish

I'm not 100% sure but if you do maybe add some dithers like Convicts or tiger barbs to lower aggression.

What about Rainbowfish like Boesemani or maybe something bigger like Silver Dollars?

Not sure on rainbows but I am sure silver dollars would work maybe ask someone more experienced.
