2.5G Shrimp Breeding?

To be honest you definitely could, but you would have to do frequent water changes. It'd probably be much easier with a 10 gallon. But if you just wanna get started 2.5 isn't bad, especially because they're all in close quarters allowing them to find a mate quickly.

Little gobies I know can live in there. Will they eat shrimp, though? Dwarf puffers need groups. Pygmy Catfish not sure about.
I’ll just mention that dwarf puffers do not need groups. They hate each other and kill each other in too small of shoals in too small of tanks. 2.5 really isn’t enough to comfortably keep one anyway.
A goby small enough to live in 2.5 really will only bother shrimp larvae, not adults.
 
Dwarf dragon for a solo should be okay assuming the tank is longer/wider than high.
 
Should be ok. They aren’t exactly active.
Bb gobies are good but brackish.
