gator gar eat anything. they get big. just drop in the food. try to get them to eat prepared before introing them to the pond.

i wouldnt put in the sturgeon. om num num num. and 4 gators might be too much. hard core bio load. but good enough filtration ull be fine.

mid range ph, hard water find. soft fine. they are gar. gar are hardy sob's. gar will eat crays. they will find the food too. they are very smart. again, train them on prepared first before outdoor pond

ps u WILL be addicted to gar.

Went to the LFS they didn't have marble crayfish but they had freshwater blue lobsters can u breed that? How do you tell the sex for both species. And on top of that they didn't have sunfish!!!! How you tell that sex also? Richie: I will be able to find them I dot have much cover in the pond only one pond plant and soon to be a under water pond filter. They would stickout like a sour thumb. And idk how many I should get would 6 be to many? And if I did want to grow them all out in a 54 gallon how big can I get them to? Ballin: I would lol but I don't have any exprince keeping them. Maybe though if everything goes good I'll throw one in there (; if I have room

Read this before I posted my other post sorry lol I'll have 4 and add another filter(: so when I train them for food I'll put them in a 54 gallon. How long can I keep them in there for and what food should I use?

i find that the easiest to get them on for prepared is shrimp. a 54 will last for a few months. hopefully should be long enough. lol.

find someone on here to get marble. not the blues. marbles are not cannabalistic and self cloning. only need one. but make SURE there is NO way for it to get into native waters, plz. a mean make sure.

I thought sturgeon needed cold water?

anything. tilapia, pellets what ever

Okay and about the marble he won't be able to unless he can walk 1mile lol and when you say Shrimp can I just get a few at Ralphs the ones at the window and a bunch of ice around them. And I know there are different colors and sized ones which one do i chose?

what ever size they can eat. color means nothing. raw is better but nothing wrong with cooked.
