2 Blue Rams died one night... Ideas?

Sorry to hear about your blue ram. This is very beautiful fish. All my blue rams still live but water was little yellow

My water kit test was
PH 7-7.5
Water Hardness 15 gHhelp me (can anyone explain me how can make water soft, chinese kool throw in water for 48hour?)
Nitrate still high 20 (anyone explain me how make better low? water change 30% weekly or each 48hour till nitrate low?)
Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
Temp 78.8-80.6 (26-27'C)

Rams are sensitive to nitrates. If you keep the nitrates low the temp and acidity is less important. I have seen people keep rams in african setups that are very hard and alkaline. They also need to be acclimated VERY slowly. Like 3+ hours depending on how different your water is.
