instead of moving him.. try to get him a couple more places to hide..something where no other tankmates can get to him...some more cover..small caves.. anything you can come up with that he can take his time and recover.

ADD: oh btw. to any experts on JDs. upon looking through google images i think this baby at the end of my vid looks more like a GT due to the dot on its center. but it was sold as JD so idno... another thing to look into.

dispite the vid, it was an improvement from just laying there. this was a $10 fish (cant tell if that was a rip off)... and id hate to see it go but i will let him soldier on, though his nature is understandable since he is a juvenile... not all were meant to make it... im kinda pissed though because he lived SOOO long and was very active in the LFS cubical!! i made sure i got the more hardy one since the only other knife fish sibling was very still and displayed laying down the next day i went to the store... like this one.
i hate when this happends! what could i have done? such a weak fish it looked strong in a crappy LFS store's tank and its almost an insult that it lived there and not here...
****in LFS... i read the receipt my gf got with the clown knife fish and it says "ALL SALES FINAL ON LIVE STOCK" without the warning before purchase... how unprofessional... makes me second ever buying from Ko'olau Pets© again... i better be able to get a refund or atleast credit... theres no excuse charging $10 for such a small guy with no return policy.
very hard for me to look at your baby in the video.. he is such a gorgeous baby ..but to me it looks like he was injured and just cannot get his balance... you can only hope for the best.. that things turn AROUND..he is a fighter.. i would turn the light off and let him be..
i wonder what he could have been injured by? he has no physical signs of damage, i haven't had any hostility in this tank since acquiring him. could he have rammed into something??

I think another fish has bullied this fish, even if you dont think so or see it.
