  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i had read some thing similar to that and i think that that must be tha reason
in the wild 50% or more of there diet comes from branches hanging over the water, whether it be insects, frogs, birds, sloths, or monkeys.

Thats great! No hints of dropeye! Do you have anything that grabs its attention from above? I think the biggest reason why they dont develope this in the wild is due to their prey consisting of insects and they in turn have to be looking up for long periods of time for prey. Just a guess, which is why their eye placement is so high on their heads and why their mouths are slanted in the manner in which they are.

I have nothing above my tank except for two shop lights and some crappy home made pieces of plexi glass for covers....

I would have to agree with the rest....It certainly helps.....

I'll actually go with "luck" on this one....

I wish I could say skill---But this is only my second silver----Got to get a few more under my belt before I will say skill......

You will be a hero to all aro keepers if that luck ends up being skill! Looks very nice.

Thats why I always state the word Luck.....

I have a few other views-
But I'm not one of them people to get into a huge discussion on this stuff...

As many people know-I'm not the greatest typer...And post everything in broken sentences and paragraphs----My english actually really sucks....

That aro is awsome... Its the second aro i've seen without DE... It does look a lot differant from the regular silvers(colour)...

Whats the colour of the substrate ?

It's my light spectrums that I use that gives the coloration....

The gravel is the normal run of the mill "natural gravel" that is about 2 inch in diameter for each rock....

Wow,pure awsomeness! I like the footprints of the tank hes in. Do you have any full tank shots? I would love to see that! Two thumbs up for the DE-Less silvers :thumbsup:
