no it wont.

if you take out 75% of the water on monday, that still leaves 25% of the old water in. when you do the second water change of the week and take out another 75% your taking some of the 25% and the 75%. And btw its not the water that is cycled its the filter media.

well like i said before: he is my retarded cousin who thinks he knows everything about fish; even fish he has never even kept before. and if u tell him otherwise, he won't say anything else for a while because he is just like "well if u want to kill your fish rather than take my advice, then go ahead". it is so frusterating being around him! whenever he comes over and starts blabbing about how i'm killing my fish even though my fish are perfectly healthy i just want to freaking kill him!
