one thing that contributes to wrong grammar and spelling in my country is mobile texting, in w/c words are abreviated and shrt cut n ordr to save tme, mnimize spce jst lyk dis...lol

Is it just me or is useful spelt with ONE l, before you attack people about spelling, you should stop crying and correct your own work, no one cares.

Although I am sometimes guitly of what you just mentioned, I can say that I agree with you totally. There is no excuse to mangle the english language, unless it's not your native language.
Periods and commas are not that hard to use, and they are right there on the keyboard!!

My pet peve is when people use "there, their, and they're" wrong. Drives me nuts!
