2 Tiny Black Aro's with yoke sacks

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
HiGhTiMeZ - Thanks.

Any one see a problem with changing about 30-45% of the water in the 10gal 2-3 times a week? I'll be using a little salt, decholr, and getting the temp as close as possible for each water change.

if its aged water at the same temp, shouldn't be a problem. but its only a 10gal with 2 small aros, should be fine doing like 3 15% changes a week. what kinda filtration you using on it?

ethnics - I have a corner filter filled with floss from a sump, and a whisper 10 power filter (I believe that is the model #).

I'll try to post some pics tonight after work. I'm pretty sure they are Blacks, even though LFS had them labeled as Silvers. They have a very dark black fins with a hint of yellow and the body is half light black, the top half, (I assuming due to the stress of the fish), and their is a yellow line down the middle of the body. The lower half is more dark grey silver, but looks very similar to my other baby Black, just not as dark. Once I have some pics up we should be able to confirm if they are Black or Silver. I'm 99.99% sure they are Black.

the way you describe them , they are blacks. Good buy, but very demanding to keep at that age. Best of lucks!!:)

Aned yes, the collectors in the amazon simply cut the heads off of the male silvers and blacks to get the offspring:(
