2 x XP3s or 1 x FX5?

You know the best thing I ever did to my XP3 was to add the Eheim Intake and spray bar kits. It is like a whole new filter

Really...I was going to pickup a new XP3 spray bar and intake for one of my XP3s but I might go this route instead.

For the Eheim intake and spray bar, did you have to do anything special to make them fit? A specific model for the intake/spray bar?

Nothing special. Easiest best mod I have made to my tank and it cost about 45 bucks

I'm looking over at Big Al's right now and the spray bar for example, you can get in model 394, 494, 594...which model did you use for parts on your XP3? If they fit without modification and do a better job I'm all for that.
