As I had sensed from your for sale thread, something was up... Saddened to see and read but thank you for the honest reporting. Truth in advertising I will hope and pray you will come back with a vengeance, next time with a 20,000 gal. Or better yet add another zero. And make it unremovable / intractable. Yes i’ve restructured a bit. Predators kind of lost favor but I have a 1000 gallon koi pond in my new office. Got 12 japanese tosai in there right now.

I am planning a concrete 10,000+ gallon enclosed koi pond but that’s last phase of the backyard renovation.

here are some pics of what i downsized to. But I’m working on a wrap around deck to sit and watch the koi. In all honesty koi are more fun than most of the predators I’ve kept. Plus tons of color variety and even premium food is way cheaper that what i was spending at the asian market!
