love the tank size and the look! couple black pacu and african clown kife IMO

Thanks for the recommendations, I'll do some research and see if half those things are actually available here. :|

I changed the water (still no fish in it) and haven't put the pigment back yet; wondering if I prefer it this way. Here are some comparison pics, what do you guys think?

like 8 acarichthys heckelii heaps of diamond tetras a BGK Some about 8 discus lots of cories and a few dicossus maculatus and some laetacara curviceps sounds pre good to me and some more branching driftwood

The tetra I was describing is the 'red eye' tetra, I googled it.:) Its got the red eye area, not the nose or whole face. And the large black dot on middle of its tail. Any way, Lace Catfish don't get too large and they would look good with any color fish. But then again a black knife would be an excellent choice too. Not sure what they all get along with though. IMO, you should choose your fish first, then have clear/black water depending on what you choose as stock. But if you actually like to relax and enjoy the view the fish give you, doesn't the 'black water' kinda make that a bit hard or not?
