what's good fish to put in a 20g tank? I was thinking of making it a feeder fish tank for my Oscar but maybe couple of females con?

you could put a pair of cons, they'd keep churning out feeders for your O.

I like Con. how will I know if i have a male and a famale? Also how do I find out the water condtion for them? What is needed to breed them do i need live plants in the tank?

pretty much no. pirahnas all get rather big. go to pirahnafury.com if u want to learn more about them.

female convicts hace red or orange scales on their sides, males do not. Make sure if you get them that the male is larger than the female. My female tends to kill all males smaller than it (or all fish smaller than it for that matter). She's a real meanie.
