ok guys water is fill all the way up every thing is fine expect for the sump the water down to the sump is ways too loud ...louder than the overflow ...how can i make my sump silent just a lil bit..... i was thinking drill more hole on the drip tray so the water go down faster cause its seen like the drip tray cant handle the flow ..is that the problem thanks will post pic later 99 now

Do you have strainers on your overflow tubes? You can try to cut panty hose and secure it to the top of the tube and drop the rest down in to the tube .Try diffrent lengths till you get the desired effect cut the rest off and zip tie to he top of tube. That has been known to work and you cut the sock part off and only use the leg part so you will not trap particles and possibly flood the room.Adding more holes to the sump tray will help some also.

thank malawi hap ...im aready put double filter pad and its seen like geting better...but i'll try your way tomorrow for sure .here's are some pic of the tank and sump..im doing fish cycle right now

man the pump running hot...temp in the tank is rinse now ...im unplug th heat now and see where the temp stop....if the temp in the tank is too high cause by the pump ...pump go to go then

Take the backflow preventer off the outlet side of the pump that will help make the pump run cooler ( less load on the motor)and get a small fan and blow over the pump and you should be fine .I had a problem with heat and micro bubbles and it ended up being the backflow preventer.You can also slightly prop up the back of your glass tops a inch or so to help with heat escape also

what u mean malawi haps??? backflow preventer off u mean the check valve??? the temp stop at 73 degree right now for 4-5 day already ( w/o heater) thanks
