That's exactly what I do fanatic, and i can throw fish (hardy ones at least) into a tank that's 3-4 days old. The only caution I'd take when doing that is if you have a problem with parasites or something in the tank you're using.

yeah i have done that but dont have a tank at the moment, so i just get the bacteria in a bottle and put fish in 20 minutes later

moving along, so im bummed cuz i wanted the lemairii's due to their rarety in the hobby and the tetracanthus... so i ended up with 3 kendalli, 3 sexfasciatus golds, and 3 dickfeldi along with the golden nugget and king tiger. still kind of bummed cuz i was looking forward to the ones that MYSTERIOUSLY DIED!nice!!! those fish are going to have SOO much room hahaha. you could throw like 30 more fish in anddd i got my tank up tonight!!! filter is spitting out some bubbles and i need to get the wiring all situated but if thats all not bad

i know, i wanna but then again i dont want to overcrowd the tank. so for sure ill have 9 fronts, 2 boulengerochromis, 3 kendallis, 3 sex golds, and 3 dickfeldis in the 210 and the plecos will be housed with my ocellatus blues.
im still looking around for the lemairii and tetracanthus and ill be straight!...

im sure they will br unless the guy shipping them is a moron, ive gotten fish from japan and they were fine
