Hello folks,

I'm working on getting a 210g from Cusso on here for my little pets. Definte individuals going into the tank are:

-Unagi, the 12" fire eel
-Eduardo, the 6" female GT
-Bruce, 5-6" male convict
-Leasee, 5" female firemouth
-an adult angelfish

Now I can't decide what else to put in the tank (will be medium-soft water, 78-80 degrees, pool filter sand substrate, oven-cured bogwood decor and live plants)

I like rays and festae but I dont want anyone to get hurt..oh and maybe bichirs

Lemme know your opinions, suggestions, preferences!
thanks:popcorn::popcorn::popcorn:

A nice group of schooling fish. Red Hook silver dollars or other more rare types not just regular.

IDK the SD might nip the angels fins....I'd agree on a schooling fish of some kind perhaps Balas or Tinfoil Barbs? Rays will get a little too big for a 210gal. Or what about a group of Hujeta? Bichirs could work any Upper jaw and many lower Jaws

I agree a nice school of "dithers" would not go wrong in that tank.

Rays even "teacups" which are usually reticulateds will be pushing a 210. I wouldn't advise it, unless you have a really wide footprint, and even then I wouldn't trust any cichlid even Angels not to go for the eyes.

I keep 2 sens and an ornate Bichir with my tire track eel, along with some young pike cichlids. and 2 florida gar and a royal pleco with my fire eels. Both tanks have been working well for quite some time now.

idk but shouldnt you have at least 2 firemouths?..

Id go an Endli bichir and large schooling fish maybe SDs, Congo Tetras, maybe even Rainbows...on the cheap side Giant Danios always work

Thanks folks, I was thinking some SD's or something. The angel may not be in the mix (its my moms that was being picked on by her others, so I agreed to give it sanctuary). And all of the other cichlids have been fine together for about 2 years now (originally had many more but downsized for a lighter bioload in the tank and the male firemouth turned into a bastard after a year). How bout some pictus cats? I'd like to have some quick moving benthos to stir up detritus and I just love catfish.
