I just cut three tops for my 210 out of glass from home depot. Super easy but the glass they have Is really thin so I don't think you would want to use the glass they have.

baffles i wouldn't suggest using acrylics since it bends... cutting glass i would just go into a glacier store and ask how much would it be.. if you cut 1/4" thick glass it's a little hard but have to practice then you'll get the hang of it..

Tile? Do you have pictures of that? I've never seen tiles used as baffles. Interesting! I would of used the 120 as a display tank but the glass has really bad hard water stains. I tried vinegar helped very little. With a very soft scrubbing pad. I even laid it on all sides and soaked it for 5-8 hours still stained. I went with acrylic as my baffles. I used it in my 29 gallon sump and they worked well. Now I just have to find the ceramic bearings and impeller for my mag drive supreme 2400. Probably going to get that at dr. Fosters and smiths.

I don't have pics but I just go to Home Depot and buy what're is on sale and cut em to size and silicone em in. Their super strong and under a buck a piece. I've used em in saltwater and fw set ups with never a problem even when keeping sensitive sharks. I do have a nice tile saw but you can buy cheapie ones too.

Tile that's so dumb that it's genius! Had never thought of using something like that.
