lol there was no bathroom remnants but I had to remove it all and build a bed in there. The bathroom was in the house. Not sure what a blumkin is but being the only kid in HS with your own "room" (Kind of ) helps lol

As for hiring wish I could but im not sure where we are headed after this job my crew I put together up here is most likely gonna get flushed and Im gonna start a 10-12 thousand square foot house in the santa lucia preserve. Thank god I get to go home to Monterey!
