I would think any pleco over 12 inches should be ok
 
If you plan on breeding you're oscars in the future you might want to put a few large pieces or drift wood so they have something lay their eggs on, and it will also look nice.

i've been thinking about this.. i've got a couple of 120Gs without fish.. might move the pairs into one each and try.. cheers mate..

Be warned there are different commons out there, Pterygoplichthys get bigger then Hypostomus . The first can reach 24 inches with ease where as the Hypostomus Plecostomus mostly max out at 12 inches
