i've got some 6 plecos mate.. 2 each..common, albino and some chocolately colored one..been wondering if i should put em in.. just worried the RTC might harass them..
I would think any pleco over 12 inches should be ok

Na mate.. they aren't that big yet.. i think the biggest are about 10" and i hardly have ever seen them grow..

2 of my plecos wintering in my aquarium 23 & 26cm. The largest one - 28cm (11") was hiding.
Simply amazing. you should take a vid of you swimming with the fishes!
If you plan on breeding you're oscars in the future you might want to put a few large pieces or drift wood so they have something lay their eggs on, and it will also look nice.

Be warned there are different commons out there, Pterygoplichthys get bigger then Hypostomus . The first can reach 24 inches with ease where as the Hypostomus Plecostomus mostly max out at 12 inches
