I was gonna get one to keep with my wolf when I bought it, but decided against it.

I was gonna get one to keep with my wolf when I bought it, but decided against it.

Dorados are fun always swimming but they vary in temperament per each individual fish. Mine so far leaves other fish alone unless they nip at it, but I have owned some that kill each other and are just pure piranha killers.

So how much are your fish food bills?

Not much. Maybe $2-$3 a month. I feed multiple times daily too. they all eat my Monster pellets.

The dorados looked fun, constantly swimming about.

About 10 dorados were in a tank with 3 wolves when I bought mine, they left the wolves alone completely but a few of the dorados had nasty scars.

Yea I once bought a group of 4-5 dorados. they killed each other in a couple of days. I think Neo had the same problem. they ate each other's eyes out.
