26" Ornate Bichir

that is the biggest ornate i've ever seen!
 
The bubbles were from having medicated the tank and running 2 deep water air pumps with 18" diffusers. Top of water is crystal clear now. Other fish are happy and eating. Thinking the leap out of tank may have possibly caused some sort of internal injury.

She seems to be doing alot better now. She is still eating and is much more active. She had me seriously concerned for a few days though... so happy she is doing so much better.

Thank you. She is doing much better now. Last night she ate six shrimp for me which is more than she usually ever eats so I'm sure she is on the mend... this morning they had knocked the output off the side of the tank so I put my hand in to fix it and she took a nip at my fingers, which she never does... so I fed her again. Lol The only thing that has me worried is that I don't know how dry she had gotten or if it affected her eye sight, but she seems pretty happy. I had another procedure done on my neck today (hopefully the last) so let's just pray she stays in her tank today... hmm... maybe I should go lay on the couch instead of in bed lol.

It's good to se your Bichir is doing beter. Now maybe you can relax, I hope your feeling better too now.
 
I have lids on it. Lol... she opened them to get out and closed them behind her. Lol
