Will they do in 30 for a little while? I've decided to try the 30 and see how things work then upgrade to a 55 or 75.

Ok so here the new list. Can I get a really small hippo tang and grow it out in the 29 till I upgrade. My Lfs can get hippos as small as a quarter.

1 clownfish
1 yellow watchmen
1 star fish
3-4 pajama cardinals
1 red shrimp

I forgot the post this pic earlier. It's a new setup at my Lfs it's mainly for corals but I love the way it looks so far. This would be my end goal just with a few corals and a little less rock work. ImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1384839734.373752.jpg

Well unless you plan to upgrade to at least a 180 gallon, I wouldn't.

Ahh forget it. I give lol. It seems like nothing will work for what I want. It's kind of pointless to buy a 180 just for one fish. I rather buy a 180 and put my wolf fish in there if that's the case.
A 180 for a 20" wolf makes more sense then a 180 for a 8-12" fish.

Ya but you can have lots of 8-12" beautiful fish ;) just get the stock you planned now except tangs!
