I def gotta chime in on this one.....they are two comp diff rappers(back when it was actually hip-hop and not "pop rap"). Biggie IMO had better delivery I give him that, and he made more club bangers than Pac. But Pac was in another leaque in the aspect he touched alot more people. He was not only a rapper, but a Poet, and although Big was good at telling stories as well, Pac was something else. He stood for a movement and revolution and the way he spoke and rapped his songs is wat gives him the edge IMO. I love how he exposed the whole industry and put out there wat we "the public" are not able to see. But in the end doing so, also caused him his life.....dont wanna get to deep wit this, but it is wat it is. I love and respect Big but Pac overall was jus ahead of him. Both were very talented and GREATS and no will ever be able to bring wat they brought to the table.

great opinions in this thread. i pretty much agree w/ sevendreamz and the others. All that being said, I'd give the overall edge to Pac.

IMO, for the most part, the only real "hip-hop" anymore is UG. I like a good bit of electronica as itself, but most "rap" now is bad electronica with crappy poppy lyrics

What did you just say .... Lil Brother sounds like some short bus cats. Man they repped for the Carolinas and truth be told this dudes could out rap Pac on anyday. Real Emcees not fake thugs pretending to be hard. You need to peep they're music.
