Hello,

A friend of mine is selling 2 6" ST Dats.

I won't have pictures till Sunday the earliest, but he is looking to get rid of them.

What is a fair price for the pair?

He is willing to take best offer.

This is pick-up only in Manhattan.

Not very common to find them at that size - probably $300-$600 a peice is a fair price. I'm betting he can fetch even more due to the rarity of that size, though. If they are really ST's.

I'm curious as to how he got them, since they've been banned so long that technically an ST that size shouldn't exist in the US?
 
Not calling your integrity into question - but maybe you're mistaken? All ST's in the country should be stable as well, I know a handful of illegal imports make their way into the states each year, but most of those are bought up in Japan long before they ever make it our way, y'know?

Pictures would definitely help, and if they are ST's your friend has a couple of gems in his possession, I'd almost be inclined to advise him to hang onto those guys!
