Well, almost nothing. In any case their growth rate is not to be expected as a stable one and assuming a fish is not a true wide bar because it should be 12 inches by now is not a very valid point. Why do I say this, well those who know me or know of me, know I don't starve my fish, quite the opposite actually and here I am with a Pulcher that I bought from Wes 3 or even 4 years ago at 1.5 inches long and measuring at just about 8 inches right now. Can anyone see these pics and tell me it is not a true wide bar? You can think I am a neglectful owner if you want, but it is not the case and this guy is a very slow grower it seems, even for Datnoid standards.

ST's? Seeing as they're banned from import/export they can go for whatever the dealer wants - that's how it is with all illegal fish. There is no set market price on them. Usually if you're buying in lots of under 24 on fish over $30 whole salers up the price by A LOT.
