3 Bar Indo or Thinbar?

I agree the head does resemble a NTT, the bar behind the eyes connects at the bottom as well. Not sure if that helps but I've noticed NTTs bars behind the eyes don't seem to connect at the bottom.
The squared sections here are traits shown on my dat, getting an ID on this guy may just have to wait until he's bigger.

I wouldn't mind either way, especially if all this walk of NTTs being banned from export is true (not sure if it is or not). I'm just curious to know what this little guy/girl is, also I like getting some conversation going in the datnoid section, helps everyone learn and consider new thoughts a little bit here and there. 3 bar IT or NTT, either one is a win to me.
