30 Gal Advice

I may try cichlids with the wolf fish, I read where it does and doesn't work so I'll just have to see how aggressive mine is. As for giant lobsters, I have had those before and they messed with my plants. Drove me CRAZY. I'm liking exodons or wolf fish. My decision will probably be availability in my area.

It's about territory. If the cichlids challenge the wolffish, and the wolffish doesn't back down, the cichlid will be damaged pretty badly. If you are willing to deal with damage, then try it.

eh, I think you should probably go for wolf fish or cichlids, not both. In a 30 gallon, not realistic that they will coexist long term imo. Likelihood is cichlids with chunks taken out of them. just my .02

I have read where it sometimes works, but any other recommendations? Or even with bucktooth tetras, I thought about a crawfish may do well. An electric blue lobster. It may help with clean up as well. Cause I would like a clean up crew of some kind. Alrady have plant snails in there but that's it.

red wolf or some pike livebearers
If you want convicts I suggest just having a pair or a single male in the tank. They are nasty for their size, they're called convicts for a reason.. lol
