30-gallon Metaframe restore and setup

Here's a quick update. I added some more plants. It's sword city in there. I think that there are seven different kinds of swordplant.

I need to figure out some kind of visual theme. I might consider a taller grassy plant (maybe a val?) for the background.

Very clean. Surely you must have the urge to put a fish or three in there temporarily to keep your plants company? I know I would.

Here's a quick photo update. This will look good when the plants grow in a bit more. I will bury the planters down in the gravel when I get everything into the right spot.

How did I ruin the metal frame? I didn't do anything to it at all. The only modification I made was to add that bottom glass panel, which I had to do to waterproof the tank.

u couldnt get it sealed without putting glass on top of the slate?
