How big do blue eyed panaques get? They are beautiful plecos

About 8-11 inches.

I never see them at any stores around me, how much do they usually run?

Harder to find one these days. An oil spill wiped out many of these fish where they were once collected for the hobby. I had one that I paid $20 for in the early 90s before the incident. I've seen blue eyed plecos (panaque cochliodon) go for as much as $600 on aquabid.

Wow $600 for a pleco? I could buy a regular pleco for like $4 lol
