Look for ick medications at your lfs, or add a bit of aquarium salt. That's what people usually do.

Yea 1 tbsp per every 10 gallons of water and raise the temperature a little.

If I remember correctly for ich, don't medicate, you want to add 1 tbs of aquarium salt per 5 gallons and raise your temperature to 87 degrees F. Ich cannot survive at that temp and will die off after a few days, but keep the temp up for a week minimum to make sure. Before you go raising your temperature though...what kind of fish are we talking about? If it's cichlids, you'll be fine...any others though, you may want to get a 2nd opinion.
