Well i finally got around to shooting some new pics of the 300 now that all the rays are gone. I think i'm turning into a bit of a Geo Hoarder now though..:irked: Will be thinning out a little though in the near future..:)
Tank will be re-done tomorrow again.. Getting all new sand and still on the lookout for more wood..
Sorry my photo skills aren't the best, still waiting for a MFK photo class..;)

The geos look good. Why are you using crushed coral in your sump?

Yea, had to take a break from rays for a bit.. I'll be back though.. Gonna try and come back with black..;)

Crushed coral is to buffer ph, for some reason since i moved my ph tanks after a couple days.. From tap it's 7+ and then drops below 6 with in a couple days..:( Not sure what the hell does it, but i had to do something to get rid of the ph swings..

You have some fish in there. Many may say too many. But it really goes to show that you can push the envelope if your willing to put in the labor.

As far as the black goes he's never eaten a single fish in my tank, in fact I threw some feeders in for a gar I had awhile back and he wouldn't even eat a feeder.. He is the weirdest aro I've ever owned, he eats tilapia fillets and that's it.. Won't touch one other kind of food..

Don't worry about the numbers in there, I'm offloading 4-5 geo's as soon as I find them a new home. And also moving out the con's and angels also.. Then after I get a decent breeding group of OH's and Altifrons I'll start thinning the herd some.. Def not gonna keep this many all the time.. I neve planned on having this many at all.. Lol too many good deals all cane at the right time when I had cash to spend.

Not sure exactly how far it drops, my ph kit only goes to 6.0.. I just know when I did my test the kit showed bright yellow which was 6 or below. I had all the coral in there to buffer the water to 7+ for the rays I had.

That is allot of geos Mike lol! The OH's are coloring up well. Looks like the two males are already setting up shop?
