well i was goin to buy a house but i might be getting a great deal on a lot and trailer so if i do move in there is there any way to support the floor so that i can have my 300 in it?
its a brand new trailer. i just dont know if they are able to hold that much wieght.
the foot print on the tank is 3x6 so its pretty well spread out.
let me know what you guys think please

lol i was goin to build a snake/fish house but i like to see my tanks in the living room every day

Try extra cinder blocks, that what's my sister and her husband used to beef up the floor under their large tank. They live on 10 acres and have a trailer. Also make sure the tank is across the floor joists and not in line with them.

yea i figured cinder blocks. can you reinforce the joists at all?

Fish tank with wheels huh?
I would not do a 300 gallon... thats about 2400 lbs of just pure water.

Im getting a visual of two people sitting on opposite ends of a park bench... one gets up and up goes the bench.
Then I see the living room/kitchen/etc... inside th tank from the 2 second vertical ride.

I smell disaster even with cinder blocks. What happends if you need to move down the road or to another lot? Drain the tank? What about the weather in the area?? Winds or natural disasters (tornados or earthquakes)?
For me its way, way to risky.

Do post pics if you decide to go through with it... im interested to see how you get it together.
