For those of you with bigger tanks pushing higher gph, what do you use for return nozzles? At what point would a 3/4" loc line Y restrict flow too much?
96x30x30
1.5" overflow drains
Jebao dcp 10000 for each side, 1 meter head pressure maybe, the sump is same level as the tank.
1" return pipe each side.
Should possibly achieve 1200+ gph each side ??
Kind of the last piece of my puzzle to figure out for my build. Aside from actually putting it together.
I don't want to restrict it too much and wear out the pump...
I have a dcp 10000 on another tank but turned down to 60% and the water coming out of the dual loc line 3/4" fan and 1/2" fan shaped nozzles is so powerful the 3/4" that is pointed straight down the fish swim around the direct current lol.
I toyed with the idea of a spray bar but I'm thinking a more compact return vs a long pipe...
