300G glass Aquarium Weight?

i have 1, 2 guys w/plexiglass is no problem! get a longbed truck,stand 1st & then tank on top,use tiedowns. if the tank is glass goodluck

i dont get your comment about 2 guys with plexiglass is no problem?

are you saying 2 guys on a 300 gallon acrylic tank is easy?
 
From what I've read here. The argument appears to by inconsequential to the OP request for information. You are arguing about two different things. The weight of acrylic vs the weight of glass. Acrylic is much, much lighter than glass.

For the glass tank in question, we've had opinions of 4-6 people to move it.

For the acrylic mentioned in the argument, it would take far less people. 2-4 would be sufficient.

I feel that this has run its course as the OP is no longer responding. the move has either been postponed or completed at this point.
