No worries man. It was a tough decision for me too. But i figured unless i was gonna do a lake tang setup ill pass on the shellies. But after seeing a lot of these planted tanks on here it got me interested in that. Now that i have CA tank i thought id get a SA one up and running. Hopefully picking up some new bulbs this weekend and maybe a few plants to get the tank started off. Good luck on your choice and thanks again

But I have the same tank and its a south american dwarf tank, tapajos biotope. Taeniacara candidi, Laetacara curviceps, and dicrossus. with some smaller tetras and otocinclus and LOTS OF PLANTS.

That's basically what my 33 was. I had D. maculatus, L. dorsigera, A. nijsseni, black neons, otocinclus, and some corys. Ended up moving them to a bigger tank and later selling both tanks. Cool tank though. I still have the corys, they are in their own 20 gallon long by themselves.
