just what exactly are we talking about here? is it a south american aro? coz if it is, its a rip off! there aint no blue aros in a silver form. the only blue i know is a blue-base x-back aro, and you wont get it that cheap. this deal sounds really fishy......

I think right now 200$ for a 10" is about the going rate from an online distributor. Add 50-60 dollars shipping and your at 260 dollars. For someone who may be apprehensive about buying a fish online that extra 90 dollars may be worth it. I personally have found online transactions positive for the most part and would go that route. If not I would see if they would take less than 350$. There are more situations for negotiations than people are aware of. Besides the worst they can say is no.
well i live pretty close to him and one of my lfs had a 16" black (best black i had ever seen) but they wanted $450 for it fish are expensive in our area thats why i have all of mine shipped in

heya, I live right on the other side of the river of iowa, work in davenport, there is a petstore around here called teskes, sometimes you can pick up 2 inch silvers there for 12.99 just thought I'd letcha know!
if only i had another aquarium to put him in. i have to get a larger one because right now my clown knife is eating goldfish that are 3" or more
