Oh, a tank that size would fit through the door. However, I wouldn't even be able to angle it into the living room, the way the entrance is designed. It would go down the stairs into the basement but it would not make it to the bottom of the stairs. The house is just too small. That's why it's being built in the basement. If it ever needs to come out again, it will have to come out in pieces.
