almost ready for fiberglass !!! going to get into some of that on friday hopefully, have to sand once more tomorrow and vac everything out and i am ready to lay down some resin.

Yes. Very nice indeed. I'm the same way. My Father always said "Better safe than sorry!" Better to overbuild!

By the way... What did the wood cost for this sucker?

thanks for all the feedback guys!!!! the lumber costed roughly $130, home depot happened to have 3/4 inch cabinet grade pine plywood which was only $26 for a 4x8 sheet as opposed to the oak that runs between $38 and $52, i also used 2x3's instead of 2x4 almost a 90 cent difference between the two for an 8ft length.

all of the corners or seams are bondo ,the first and heaviest layer of protection will be fiberglass mat with west systems epoxy and that is going to be coated with pond sheild in the competition blue color...
