fcamargo6thave- I appreciate your interest, but honestly I don't have the time to work on a similar project anytime in the near future. While I enjoyed the work, this project has taken a great deal of my time the past 2 months. I think my wife would divorce me if I started another one.

Lil_stinker- I hope to have the tank moved into the house within 2-3 weeks, and filled shortly thereafter. I am in the process of painting and laying new carpet in the room where the tank will go, so this will need to be completed before the tank is moved.

Bobby- Thanks for the offer. I think I am good right now, but will keep you in mind if I need help.

headlessblade- the silicone I used is GE RTV108

You know the number. :D

Subscribed! Beautiful work man, I'm watchin these threads till I can get the money to start my own project. Givin me some good ideas - thanks again!

Sorry for the lack of updates the past month. Things are a little busier with a new baby in the house, and I have been working a lot as well. So I haven't been able to make the progress I was hoping for the past few weeks.

The room where the tank will go is ready. It is freshly painted and has new carpet. I broke down my 125 gallon tank and set it up again in the garage (it was sitting in the same place the new tank will go). I put 2 coats of stain on the stand and canopy last weekend, painted the inside of the canopy, and cut openings for doors in the canopy as well. I plan on putting 3 coats of polyurethane on the stand/canopy this week. I just about have my sump completed. I drilled holes for bulkheads and cut the glass baffles, just need to silicone them in place. Move in date is tentatively scheduled for this sunday. I am in the process right now of getting 5 other guys over to my place to help with the move that day. Trying to work around 6 different people's schedules is proving to be challenging. Anyways, I should have more updates and pictures hopefully by this weekend.

I'm off work on Sunday....
