So i'm in the works of setting up a 75g tank that will be a peacocks and haps show tank. Now i'm really interested in a 3D backgorund and am wondering if anyone knows a good place to order one from, or if I should just go to the DIY thread and ask around?

How hard is it to cut? Since I'd probably not cover my equipment with it since I don't mind the equipment showing.
Very easy to cut like styrofoam. Got mine for my 110 from designs by nature and cut to fit. Don't regret one bit

Be sure to get the thin profile. Others take too much water volume.

Is 2in too thick? Also how would my filters take in water if they are hidden behind the background?
LOL, not sure about that. Most of the big ones are hollow, guys like Lee Nuttall use the space behind their backgrounds as built in giant filters. Also depends on what you're trying to cram in the tank, MFK problems.
