This is a sad sad day for my fish keeping. I just got home and found my 11.5" NTT upside down by my koralia powerhead. This is my 3rd ntt death in 4 years that I have kept them. Their sizes were 8" 9" and this one 11.5"

I am just about ready to give up the hobby. It was my favorite fish. The only datnoid I have left is my widebar.

This sucks! Eff thinbar SDS!

Sorry to hear man.. Never kept any NTTs only ITs.

sorry for your loss man you can post up some pics to commemorate what im sure was a great fish. dont give up fish keeping tho there are too many people leaving we need to keep our more knowledgeable members which judging by your post count im sure you are

Oh dear arkman. Very sorry to hear. You had a truly stunning set of thinbars.

Don't give up. Take good time to search for the right tiger fish and raise them well like you did do previously.

Do u think the ST was bullying , or do u put down to the mysterious SDS?

:cry:Sorry to hear that bro.

4 years is along time to get to know a fish.

ST and NTT always got along. I think its the dreaded sudden death syndrome. Like I said, this is my 3rd NTT to suddenly die. I think I will most likely stay away from NTTs from now on. They were all stable and fat and great eaters too.

Its 11" by the way.
