4 New oscars...slight load warning..Help..

Every oscar i have ever bought home has always sulked on their side for the first couple of hours, even one did it for a perio of a couple of days, he still came up for a feed, but while he settled in, he sulked,
Even adult oscars have been known to do this, its just an oscars way
 
if your oscar plays dead when the light is on and is active when it is off then your lights are prolly too bright. try to put some floating plants along the top and the lights will be dimmer then the ywill be more active
 
All my new oscars did that. Once oscars get used to the tank they should be fine!
 
I've had O's that would just plain pout and play dead, if they didn't get fed as often as the think they should...the brats...
I mean they were well fed, no doubt, but they thought every time I got near the tank they should get a goodie...:screwy:

Mine do that, walk anywhere near the tank and expect food, they can be such pigs when it comes to food

my oscars are going into their 105 gallon on 17th...wanna keep them a couple of days more into the qurantine tank and let them rest for a while...
im also gonna get a couple of 4-5 inch clown knifes to keep the oscars company

You're gong to have to change the water a couple of times a week with that bioload or your oscars will get HITH.
