10' length of 12" or larger PVC pipe... sealed on the lower end with a 2" pipe outlet. Fill with scrubbies or bio-balls... add water... repete as necessary.

I don't mind a few threads dreaming, but you and your brother (if you're not actually skylar using your brother's account) have spammed all over the place, and the unfortunate thing is that people are trying to help you and you have no means to do what you say. It should not be filled with water, the water will not 'trickle' down it like it is supposed to.
