Chocolate Cichlid, Parrot Cichlid, Festae, Green Terror, Arrowanna. I think a Synspillum would work with the others mention, although it is not SA. Nice tank a lot of options

I would try to unload the barbs and look for some large red hooks or wide bar Myleus. I would try for Vieja synspilum or melanurs.

okay so tomorrow I have a large texas, salvini, polleni (I know, not a S/A) and a white diamond arowana. Am I playing with fire?

depends if the polleni is male or female and what size. I have one that is a tank only fish. It did quite the damage with its evil teeth.

okay, polleni didn't come in, but the texas and aro did One of the tinfoils jumped last night (400 gallons and still trying to escape) so eggcrate over the top for sure
shoddy pics, I know, but this baby is a sexy fish. Here's hoping I don't kill it! the remaining tinfoil is experiencing separation anxiety so it's following the aro everywhere.
