I would not add varied parachromis , like ur existing female jag and a mota which was suggested. You can rock some big Bocourti or Pearsei's

Cichila, even big pike. You asking for extremes in aggression considering festse mixed with ebjds

Also ur aro will totally outgrow and maybe eat the ebjd.

I'd personally stick to big more chill fish like aro p.bass eels etc.

The aro will be much more likely to jump then any other fish. Egg crate will not keep it in unless it is weighted down.

So the tinfoil barb is best buddies with the aro and the Texas and the Jag have had their ups and downs- buds one minute, chasing the next. We'll see how it goes long term. Nobody inflicting damage. I've definitely considered something in a group and I keep coming back to a colony of geos. Just not sure what. Also, a fire eel. Good sized to start
One thing's for sure, this tank is a crowd pleaser and when that aro gets massive, you can see it doing laps from the road.

You know me, I love my geos. :) I love the idea of a group of geos in there. They will need to be large growing to keep up with the other big boys in the tank. Altifrons are probably the most commonly available large growing geo, but the trick will be finding big ones.
