Great Basin Benji;3443242; said:My son and I had a breeding colony of Neolamprologus Brichardi for almost 2 years. Many times they are referred to as "Fairy Cichlids" or "Lyretail Cichlids". The males tend to develope some amazing blue straitions on their cheeks, and they raise their fry communally. It's amazing to see, but the 6 week olds will be taking care of the newly hatched young, all the while themselves being taken care of by the 2 month old young, and so on... They are absolutly fantastic Tangs. The do enjoy as many crevices and cavities as you can provide, and as a previous poster noted, LAVA ROCK with all of its nooks and crannies is their absolute favorite.
Absolutly FANTASTIC Project!!!! I'm subscribed, and look very forward to seeing the progress. Best of luck to you. Take care.
Ben.
