40g and 90g single cichlid ideas??

If your not against hybrids you could always try and find a good quality Red Texas. I have one i recently purchased and I'm in the process of moving him into a ninety solo. He is super aggressive and really beautiful. Be prepared to pay tho cause good ones cost good $$$.

Ya I really like red texas!!! Where do I get them I could never find them and I want one thats good looking not a dull one.
 
A nice jaguar cichlid for the 90 gallon and a short bodied flowerhorn or a pairt of FMs for the 40 gallon...
 
yeah cuban for the 90 or black nasty!-).... lyonsi can be really nice aswell!
 
parachromis friedrichsthalii or festae, or trimac for the 90.

40 breeder? I'd go with a delhezi bichir and some hrps

Are you set on a ca/sa for the 90 ? If not how about a Butti , big mean-assed mofo that will definately impress .. :evil_lol:

I've seen quite a few people this forum recommend cjbarth, apparently he has a really nice strain of RT. Ive seen some photos and they look pretty good but i dont have first hand knowledge of them. I actually got lucky and found a really nice one at my lfs. You can also go to aquabid and look under the flowerhorn section.
